How can I track my packages?
Once your packages have been sent, you will receive a unique tracking number for each parcel. With the tracking number, you can track your parcel through the carriers’ website.

What should I do if I can’t track my parcel?
If you come across this problem, please ask yourself the following two questions at first.
● Did you enter the right tracking number?
● Did you choose the right tracking website?
If the answer is yes, then please contact our customer service to check that for you.
Everything is right, why is there still no information about my parcel at all?
- Most often, it’s because the information has not been updated by the express company.
China Post (EMS, Airmail, SAL, Surface mail)
a) Sometimes the information will not be updated in time. Always, we need to wait 3 days for the updating. Please be patient.
b) If the parcel was sent during holidays, the information may only be shown after the holiday is over.
a) Generally speaking, the information should be shown next day.
- If your parcel is sent in busy season, sometimes, the parcel may be waiting in lines for delivery.
- After three days, you still didn’t get the information, maybe the parcel was returned by China Customs or Post Office. Please don’t worry, in this case, we will inform you immediately when we get the notice and solve the problem soon.
Why is the status not changing in tracking status page?
When your package leaves Beijing, it will be put in queue to be delivered to your country. During this transit, the status will not change, so it is common to see your package stuck in the status "Dispatch ..." This transit is the longest process, and usually takes 7-10 days (or up to 30 days during busy seasons).
What should I do if I did not get the parcel after a long time?
If you still didn't get your parcel 30 days after the shipping date, please contact us to track your parcel. JOJbuy will request China Post Office to provide us with the tracking list of the parcel.

The above information should be the same as the one on the waybill.
It will take a long time to get the detailed tracking list. Generally speaking, one round checking will take one week. Sometimes the tracking fails, the China Post Office has to send the request again and again.
If there is no confirmation from China Post Office before deadline, we'll treat the parcel as lost and you'll get compensation according to our Insurance Policy.
